AI agents & assistants

Useful AI starts with a clear boundary.

AI assistants and agents for defined business tasks. Test the answers and actions that matter before allowing a system to operate with real customer data.

Is this the right next step?

A fluent response is not the same as a correct or authorized action. The design must define what the assistant can access, when it must ask and how a person takes over. Choose this when a repeatable information task can be evaluated and a safe fallback exists.

What the work can include.

The proposal defines the exact scope. These are the delivery areas we discuss.

Task and data boundaries

A narrow use case, approved knowledge sources and permission rules for tools or actions.

Evaluation set

Representative questions, failure cases and acceptance criteria that can be repeated as the system changes.

Controlled rollout

Human escalation, activity records and usage limits suited to the task's consequences.

Make the boundaries clear.

No model can guarantee error-free answers. Model providers, data processing, recurring usage costs and any regulated decisions require explicit choices.

Built with the handover in mind.

The operating guide covers evaluation, content updates, incident handling and disabling the assistant if quality falls.

Questions before we start.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Share the existing system, the people who use it and the outcome you want. Useful examples include a current URL, a workflow description and the integrations involved. Do not send credentials or confidential customer data.

How will the scope and price be agreed?

We review the requirements and dependencies, then define deliverables, assumptions and exclusions in a proposal. Provider costs and continuing support are identified separately.

BUILT ON COMMITMENT

Bring us the problem. We’ll work through the next step.

Share what exists today and what you want to change. We can discuss the scope, dependencies and a practical way forward.
