HOW THE WORK TAKES SHAPE

A shared plan.
Visible decisions.

Start by agreeing what success means. Then use clear review points to connect the business goal with the design, delivery and care of the finished platform.

  1. Define

A brief, priorities and delivery scope.

Review: Agree the problem, deliverables and decision-maker.

  2. Design & build

Experience designs and a working build.

Review: Review the journeys, content and connections as they take shape.

  3. Launch

A release checklist, acceptance checks and handover.

Review: Confirm what is ready and how it will be operated.

  4. Improve

Measurement, support needs and a prioritized backlog.

Review: Agree which improvements belong in the next phase.

WORKING TOGETHER

The right shape for your next step.

Start with the work you need to move forward. A written proposal sets out the scope and price before any work is agreed.

Before we begin.

Where do we start if the idea is not fully defined?

Start with the business goal, your current setup and what is not working. An existing brief, known constraints and the decisions you need help with are useful starting points; a finished specification is not necessary for an initial discussion.

What if we already have a website, CRM or other systems?

Bring the systems you rely on into the conversation. Their capabilities, integrations and limitations help identify what can be retained, what needs to connect and where a change may be worthwhile.

How should scope, timing and cost be worked out?

An estimate needs clear deliverables, dependencies and review points. Scope, timing, costs and how changes will be handled belong in the project proposal, so they can be considered together before work is agreed.

What needs to be agreed for life after launch?

Handover, documentation, ownership of code and accounts, and support. Your agreement sets these out, so you know what you receive at handover and who looks after the live service.

START WITH A CONVERSATION

What would you like
to move forward?

Tell us what you want to build or improve, what you use today, and any timing or budget constraints. A short brief is enough to start.

IDEAS FOR WHAT’S NEXT
