Wholesale & distribution
Make repeat business easier to order and manage.
B2B commerce and connected systems for wholesale and distribution. Account for catalog complexity, customer agreements and back-office ownership.

Buying rules should reflect the account.
A wholesale buyer may order by unit, case or pallet, work from an agreed price list, request a quote or need another person to approve a purchase. We map those steps with the sales and operations teams before shaping the storefront. The experience should help a known customer reorder quickly while making account-specific limits and exceptions clear. A generic retail checkout cannot be assumed to represent credit terms, contract pricing or purchase-order workflows.
Give each commercial fact an owner.
Catalog, availability, price, credit status and order history may come from an ERP, a CRM or a separate commerce platform. We identify the authoritative system for each fact and what the buyer should see when an update is delayed. The storefront should not silently overwrite a rule maintained by sales or finance. Stable account and product identifiers matter here because a technically successful synchronization can still attach a price or order to the wrong customer.
Design for everyday exceptions.
Partial availability, substitutions, minimum-order quantities and changes after submission are ordinary wholesale situations. We define who may approve them, what the customer is told and how the warehouse receives the final instruction. An integration needs duplicate protection and a queue for records that cannot be reconciled automatically. The team should know which orders need a decision instead of searching several systems to discover why an expected shipment did not move.
Agree the boundaries with the people who own them.
Credit terms, customer eligibility, regional pricing, tax treatment and fulfillment promises are not technology defaults. We document the approved rules and test representative accounts before release. Scope also depends on the actual ERP interfaces, data quality and staff workflow. Provider licenses, historical-data repair and continuing support are separate decisions. We do not claim a wholesale sector result or accreditation from this planning description; any customer story needs its own permission and evidence.
Some of the teams we have worked with.
Across talent, fitness, mobility, payments and local commerce.Questions before we start.
Can wholesale customers keep ordering by email or sales representative?
Yes, if that remains part of the commercial process. We identify how those orders enter the same operational record and where duplication or pricing conflicts could occur. The digital route should improve choice, not create an unmanageable parallel process.
Can account-specific prices be shown online?
They can be when the business approves the rules and reliable account mapping. We check how prices are owned, updated and restricted, including what happens when a buyer changes organization or an agreement expires.
