Property & field services
Connect office coordination with work in the field.
Web, mobile and workflow solutions for property and field-service operations. Keep requests, appointments and approved information connected.

Capture a request that the team can act on.
A property or field-service request needs the right site, task and contact context, but should not ask for unnecessary sensitive details. We map how a request is received, triaged and assigned, including what happens outside normal coverage. A customer should know whether they are sending an enquiry, booking an appointment or reporting an urgent issue. Those are different promises and need distinct routing and wording approved by the organization.
Support people away from a desk.
Field teams may need an address, task history, approved instructions, a way to record progress and a route back to an office decision. We plan the mobile journey around connectivity and device conditions rather than assuming every update is immediate. If offline work is required, we define which actions are allowed offline, how conflicts are resolved and when a customer may see the new status. A clear exception path matters more than a decorative map.
Keep records tied to the right job.
Appointments, photographs, documents and customer messages need stable identifiers and appropriate access. We decide which record is authoritative and what can be shared with occupants, owners, contractors and staff. A portal or integration should not expose internal notes simply because they are attached to the same job. When a visit changes or a task is reassigned, the team needs a visible history and a way to correct the customer-facing view.
Make sensitive information a project decision.
Location details, access instructions, occupant data and site photographs can create safety and privacy risks. The organization defines its retention, permission and escalation rules; we scope the technical controls and test the journeys against them. Service hours, emergency response and availability targets also require an agreement. This page describes a design approach, not a claim of sector certification, completed field projects or guaranteed response times.

Can field staff work without a connection?
Possibly, for specific tasks. We need to decide what data may be held on the device, what actions can be queued and how a conflict is resolved after reconnecting. Not every workflow benefits from an offline mode.
Can customers see appointment and job status?
Yes, when the status comes from an approved source and the access model identifies the right customer. We distinguish internal progress from a customer-visible commitment and provide a correction route if the information is stale.
