Cookies and browser storage
The public website offers optional Google Analytics. Before you accept, Google Analytics is not loaded and no Analytics cookies are created by this implementation. Rejecting leaves it off. Navigation and contact options remain usable without Analytics. Advertising features remain disabled. If you accept, Google Analytics can set the first-party _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies for website measurement. These cookies have a 30-day lifetime; Google may renew the session cookie’s expiry when you interact with the site. Cookies are restricted to the current host and / path. Browser settings can further limit storage. Google also processes technical request and measurement information when Analytics is enabled. Your analytics choice is valid for up to 90 days. We keep it in browser local storage under orvenant.analytics-choice, with the choice, its version and expiry and without an Analytics identifier. An expired record is removed when the website next checks it, where browser settings allow; you can also clear it through your browser. If the browser blocks storage, an affirmative choice applies only to the current document; a later page may ask again. These settings do not prevent necessary hosting and security processing described in the Privacy notice. You can withdraw permission through Privacy settings near the footer. The site then disables Analytics, removes accessible Analytics cookies for the current host and applicable parent-domain/path forms, replaces the saved choice with rejection and reloads the page. If the browser cannot save that rejection, the reload keeps an explicit off marker in the address. You can also clear site storage through your browser. Withdrawal does not automatically delete earlier information held by Google. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps Analytics off. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. If a security challenge requires essential browser storage, it is used for that security purpose. Company CMS, CRM, portal and webmail login services remain separate authenticated applications with their own necessary session mechanisms.
