For agencies
A technical delivery relationship your agency can work with.
Development and operational support for agencies that need additional capability. Agree how the work fits your client relationship before delivery begins.
Fit the delivery model
An agency may need a specialist build, a continuing technical partner or help operating a client’s digital service. We start with the brief, the agency’s relationship with its client and the work already promised. That makes it possible to scope contribution without duplicating responsibilities or assuming the end customer will work directly with Orvenant. The arrangement is agreed before delivery begins.
Protect the communication boundary
Decide who presents work, gathers approvals and speaks with the end client. Confidentiality, white-label delivery and attribution require written terms; none is implied by this page. Access to client systems should be limited to the people and tasks approved for the project. If a requirement changes, the communication route should let both teams evaluate it before anyone promises a new outcome.
Keep scope understandable
Separate design and content supplied by the agency from implementation, testing, hosting and support. Record who licenses images, approves public claims and owns provider accounts. Changes to the client brief can alter effort and risk, so a clear estimate and approval process protects the client relationship as well as the technical plan. Public pricing cannot describe those variables reliably.
Handover that supports your service
Agree where source code, design files, decisions and operating notes will live. The agency should know what it can maintain, what Orvenant supports and how an incident is escalated after launch. If the relationship ends or the end client changes provider, access and ownership need a clean handover path. Those details belong in the agreement, not in assumptions made at release.
Questions before we start.
Can Orvenant work without speaking directly to our client?
That can be considered when the agency supplies the decisions and approvals needed for delivery. The proposal must identify the communication route and responsibilities. Any confidentiality or white-label requirement needs explicit written terms.
Who owns the finished work and provider accounts?
Ownership and licensing should be stated in the contract for the actual project. The agency and client should know who controls repositories, hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions, and what is transferred at handover.
