Our team

Know who is responsible for your project.

A clear working relationship starts with named responsibilities. During scoping, we agree the people involved, the decisions they own and how you will work together.

Start with the business need

The useful question about a delivery team is who will make the decisions your project needs. A polished list of job titles cannot answer who approves content, resolves a conflicting requirement or owns the system after launch. During scoping, we identify the work, the skills it calls for and the people on both sides who will be responsible. Personal profiles are published only with the person’s permission.

Find the right direction

A project plan should describe these responsibilities in terms you can use when work begins. The exact people and availability are confirmed for the actual engagement.

One route for decisions

Agree how questions, priorities and approvals reach the delivery team. Your organization names the person who can resolve business trade-offs, while the project identifies who records the decision.

Skills that match the scope

Design, engineering, content, security and operations may all matter, but not every project needs the same arrangement. The proposal shows which responsibilities are included and which remain with you.

Continuity beyond one person

Use shared repositories, reviewed changes and practical documentation so context survives a handover. Access and outstanding decisions should not depend on one private conversation.

Know how you will work together

Ask who you will meet, how work is reviewed and what happens when the brief changes. The answer can differ between a defined project and a continuing arrangement. A named contact is useful, but decision authority, availability and escalation need to be agreed as part of the engagement rather than inferred from a website profile.

A clear basis for the next step

Contact hi@orvenant.com or speak with Gary.C at +12268414885 to describe the work. We can identify the responsibilities the first phase requires and how to confirm staffing and communication before it starts. This page does not imply a fixed roster, published biographies or immediate availability.

Questions before we start.

Can we meet the people who would work on our project?

Team composition and availability are confirmed during scoping. You can ask how decisions, reviews and handover will work and which roles are needed before agreeing a delivery arrangement.

Will one person manage every part of the project?

That depends on scope and the working model. A clear point of contact can coordinate decisions, while specialist work and business approvals have their own owners. The agreement should make those boundaries explicit.
