Technology partners
Technology relationships with a practical purpose.
Orvenant works across the platforms that support modern digital businesses. The platform choice should serve the project, with commercial and operational responsibilities made clear.
Cloud and infrastructure
Cloud, networking and data services are selected for the actual workload, region, access model and operating cost. A familiar provider name alone does not establish the right architecture. We compare where information will live, who controls the account, what each service is responsible for and how the application can be recovered. The proposed services and any provider relationship are identified in a project proposal before they become a delivery assumption.
Business systems
CRM, commerce and operational platforms may be the source of customer, product or financial records. Integration planning begins with those ownership boundaries and the licensed interfaces available to the organization. We discuss permissions, data mapping, failure recovery and which team resolves discrepancies. A technology relationship cannot override a customer’s existing licenses, policies or responsibility for its own records.
What a relationship means for your project
The word partner can describe different commercial and technical arrangements. Before relying on one, ask which specific program, service, support path or account benefit applies to your project. No provider guarantees Orvenant’s work, and an integration is not a certification. The agreement should make provider charges, support and account ownership visible separately from Orvenant’s delivery responsibilities.
Before choosing a platform
Start with the job: user journeys, data sensitivity, regional needs, existing systems and the people who will operate the result. Then compare platforms against those criteria, including migration and exit costs. We can explain a recommendation and its trade-offs, but the business should approve the provider account, license and ongoing fees before implementation. Named affiliations or certification levels require separate evidence before publication.
Questions before we start.
Does a technology relationship change who owns our accounts?
It should not be assumed to. The proposal should identify the organization that contracts with each provider, controls billing and retains recovery access. Any different arrangement must be written down so a later handover is possible.
Can you use a platform we already pay for?
Potentially. We first check its available features, licensed interfaces and integration limits against the work. Retaining an existing platform can be sensible, but a current subscription does not establish technical fit or permission to connect every record.
