Lead capture & follow-up
Give every enquiry a clear next step.
Connect lead capture, qualification and follow-up so useful requests reach the right person with their context intact.

Where the process breaks
An enquiry arrives through a form, shared mailbox or campaign. Someone copies it into CRM, decides who owns it and tries to remember what the visitor asked. Delays and duplicate records make it hard to know what needs attention.
A connected approach
Define the information needed at receipt, validate it and preserve a reference. Route the request through an agreed ownership rule, with a visible fallback when no representative is available. Record the source without treating a tracking parameter as proof of identity.
Exceptions deserve a route
A CRM outage should not silently discard an accepted request. Duplicate submissions, invalid contact details and failed notifications need distinct states and a safe recovery process. An automated acknowledgement is not a human response.
Decisions before implementation
Agree the service categories, contact owner, consent wording, retention and response policy. Select the form, CRM and messaging connections only after those responsibilities are clear.
