Run trial imports and compare representative records as well as totals. Check prices, tax treatment, stock units and customer access against approved business rules.
Test the complete order journey
Verify product discovery, cart, checkout and the handoff to fulfillment. Use controlled provider environments so testing cannot charge or notify customers.
Agree the final transition
Define data freeze, final synchronization, redirects and rollback responsibilities. After launch, confirm that real operational systems are receiving the expected records.
