Confirm the triggers, actions, fields and authentication you need. A named integration may not expose every operation available in the underlying API.
Compare total operation
Review the current plan limits, execution charging, hosting options and support arrangements in the provider's own documentation. Pricing and product features change, so dated comparison tables need rechecking.
Decide who will own it
The best option must be understandable to the people maintaining credentials, changing rules and recovering failed runs. Document the exit path and export options before committing.
