Web application development

Software shaped around the way your business works.

Custom web applications for processes that spreadsheets and disconnected tools can no longer support. Bring workflows, permissions and business data into one usable product.

Is this the right next step?

The difficult part is usually the workflow: who can act, what information they need and what happens when a step fails. Those decisions come before the framework. Choose this when a valuable process has rules or integrations that standard software cannot reasonably support.

What the work can include.

The proposal defines the exact scope. These are the delivery areas we discuss.

A working product definition

User roles, task flows, data relationships and acceptance criteria for the first useful release.

Application and integrations

Accessible interfaces, business logic and agreed API connections, with permission checks enforced on the server.

Release and operational plan

Deployment instructions, monitoring requirements, test evidence and a practical approach to future changes.

Make the boundaries clear.

Third-party licenses, data cleanup and requirements added after scope approval are discussed separately. A custom build is not always the best answer; we assess existing products first.

Built with the handover in mind.

Ownership, repository access, environments and maintenance responsibilities are documented before handover.

Questions before we start.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Share the existing system, the people who use it and the outcome you want. Useful examples include a current URL, a workflow description and the integrations involved. Do not send credentials or confidential customer data.

How will the scope and price be agreed?

We review the requirements and dependencies, then define deliverables, assumptions and exclusions in a proposal. Provider costs and continuing support are identified separately.

BUILT ON COMMITMENT

Bring us the problem. We’ll work through the next step.

Share what exists today and what you want to change. We can discuss the scope, dependencies and a practical way forward.
