Source inventory
Map catalog fields, images, customer identities, order history, discounts and connected systems. Check record quality and identify information the target cannot represent without a change.
Ecommerce migration
Ecommerce migration covering catalogs, customers, orders, URLs and operational integrations. Plan the change around how the store actually trades.

A new storefront may make catalog management easier while leaving order history, customer accounts or fulfillment stranded. We begin by identifying what must work on the first trading day and what can move later. Products, variants, promotions, taxes, URLs and integrations are checked against how staff and customers use them now. The goal is a controlled decision about change, including whether a platform move is justified at all.
The migration plan names supported data, exclusions and the people who approve business-rule differences.
Map catalog fields, images, customer identities, order history, discounts and connected systems. Check record quality and identify information the target cannot represent without a change.
Rehearse imports with representative products and accounts, then compare counts and individual records. Test storefront search, checkout, order acknowledgement and the operator view.
Explore Trial transfer and comparisonAgree data-freeze decisions, final synchronization, responsibilities and a response if a critical journey fails. Map old URLs to relevant new destinations and monitor after launch.
Explore Cutover and search pathsWe choose a simple item, a variant-heavy item, an account with history and an order involving a provider integration. Each travels through a trial site and is compared with its source. Staff review how returns, refunds or partially fulfilled orders would be handled where those are in scope. The rehearsal informs both the launch checklist and the decision to delay if an essential record or workflow cannot be trusted.
Passwords, stored payment details, subscriptions and provider-specific order states may require customer action or a separate approved migration route. We verify limits against the actual systems rather than promise that every field can be copied. Search traffic can fluctuate after URL changes. Platform licenses, provider fees and cleanup of historical data are separately scoped.
The handover identifies migrated and excluded records, redirect decisions, open exceptions and checks for the first trading period. Your team keeps access to the source export and target accounts under the agreed retention plan. If you need an ongoing operating path after cutover, ecommerce maintenance is a distinct service to discuss.
Some of the teams we have worked with.
Across talent, fitness, mobility, payments and local commerce. That depends on how the source stores credentials and what the target supports. We confirm the actual path early. Some moves need a reset or account-claim process, with clear customer communication approved by your business.
A parallel period can help rehearsal, but live orders and inventory need one authoritative route or a carefully controlled synchronization plan. We define that boundary and the final cutover instead of letting both stores accept conflicting changes.
EXPLORE
An ecommerce migration must account for the store's trading process as well as its data. Validate catalogs, accounts, orders, payments, fulfillment and URLs before cutover.
