Capacity and storage design
Map CPU, memory, disk, network and growth against representative load. Clarify which provider component is replaceable and how expansion would happen.
Managed dedicated servers
Managed dedicated servers for workloads that need predictable resources or a specific server configuration. Plan the application and recovery model alongside the hardware.
A dedicated server may suit a workload with predictable resource demand, specific hardware needs or a contractual isolation requirement. Those reasons should be tested against the application and data, not inferred from the size of the company. We compare the present host, virtualization options and the operating effort of a dedicated machine. The choice should make the service easier to run or govern, not merely sound more substantial.
A proposed server is evaluated with its operating dependencies. Scope can include:
Map CPU, memory, disk, network and growth against representative load. Clarify which provider component is replaceable and how expansion would happen.
Plan access, patching, deployment, monitoring and separation of services. A resource-heavy process should not silently degrade unrelated applications.
Explore Application operationsDecide what remains available if the machine is offline and how data, configuration and DNS would be restored or moved.
Explore Recovery designOne physical machine is still one location of failure. Disks, network, provider support and planned maintenance can interrupt a service. A standby host, replication, load balancing or a particular response time must be designed and contracted separately. We identify provider charges, license requirements and hardware replacement terms before an organization compares this route with a VPS or cloud service.
Where possible, we compare current resource use and run a capacity exercise around a meaningful task such as checkout, publishing or a background import. The result should expose bottlenecks and headroom, not create a fictional performance number. Your team approves the operating and recovery tradeoffs. We then plan a staged move, acceptance checks and a route back if a migration is required.
The handover records the provider account, hardware specification, installed services, access paths, change procedure and recovery contacts. It distinguishes work Orvenant has agreed to manage from hardware or network duties held by the provider. Logs, credentials and personal data remain in approved locations. Ongoing care needs a written scope; the word managed does not define unlimited coverage.

Across talent, fitness, mobility, payments and local commerce.No. Performance depends on the workload, storage, network and configuration. We compare measured needs and the total operating model rather than assuming a hardware label determines user experience.
It can be monitored and backed up, but hardware redundancy requires additional architecture. The appropriate design depends on acceptable interruption and cost, which must be agreed separately.
